billing section and
select "forgot your password?" to have the password sent to you

Note:LAHostNet.com requires a 30-day notice for terminations. Charges
will continue to accrue until service has been formally cancelled. LAHostNet.com
does not prorate charges for accounts, there are NO refunds for service remaining.If you cancel, your subscription will
terminate at the end of the current period or immediately if requested or if site no longer answers to our servers your site will then be cancelled. Also, we do not host e-mail as a
standalone product. If you are requesting a disconnection of your monthly
services, your e-mail will be disconnected as well. Do not cancel your account 1
or 2 days before your billing and expect to not be charged, the system is
automated and requires a 30 day notice as stated above.
30 Day Guarantee : If
cancellation is made within the first 30 days of service all hosting fees will
be refunded. This does not include fees for domain registration and/or
setup fees for ecommerce shopping carts such as LACart-XL and is
dependant upon adherence to the conditions of our agreement.
